Our Chocolate Chip Granola is our take on a classic chocolate chip cookie. Many Years ago, I worked with a lady named Brenda and she made the best chocolate chip cookies. They were a perfect balance of brown sugar dough with a hint of salt and chocolate chips. Her recipe was the inspiration for this granola and I must say, it turned out delicious!!
