Years ago I had a business idea to create coffee flavored coffee cakes. I wanted to call the business Java Cakes. I had created this amazing coffee cake recipe and I included coffee right in the cake. It was delicious and the inspiration for this granola. Imagine a vanilla latte butter cake topped with a cinnamon toffee crumble and drizzled with a vanilla icing. My Java Cake was delicious, but this granola is better!

The best gluten free granola I’ve had!! I discovered I had a gluten sensitivity a few years ago and have been on the hunt for a good one. So happy my friend gifted me the Original one when she visited a little over a week ago. She doesn’t have a gluten sensitivity and said she loves this brand. Within that week, my family and I finished that bag and ordered two more bags (coffee cake and pecan pie).
